Tuition Request Process

Your first step is to email  Tuitionrequest@orecity.k12.or.us to let us know you are interested in taking classes.

You will then be assigned a Tuition Request Google folder. If you have taken classes in the last three years you already have a folder that holds all of your tuition requests and all related documentation. If you are unable to locate your folder please email tuitionrequest@orecity.k12.or.us and request one.  This dedicated folder is where you will upload everything related to your tuition requests. Uploading your documentation is your responsibility.

Requests cannot be approved unless all prior term’s required documentation has been uploaded and all  required backup is submitted along with your new request. Required documention includes:

  • Completed and signed Tuition Request fillable Form

  • Course description from course catalog

  • Receipts showing payment for previous courses, OR statement indicating the cost of the new course that matches with the Tuition Request Form

  • Unofficial transcript showing grade(s), must be B or better for all graduate courses.

Your Tuition Request Google folder is shared with both our Director of Human Resources and our fiscal  department to speed up the processing time for your requests. They will be checking this folder (as will our  auditors) to ensure all required documentation has been submitted before any new requests are processed.

A subfolder will be created for each term. Clearly label and date each of your uploaded documents related to each term.
